The minimum contract period for the kitchenware service is 12 months, after which you can terminate your contract in two ways:

You can terminate your contract by purchasing the kitchenware at a redemption price determined by the number of pieces and the kitchenware series. If you would like to redeem your products, please contact astiapalvelu@fiskars.com. Our customer service team will send you a final invoice for the redemption of your kitchenware and register that the contract has ended when you have payed the final invoice.

You can also terminate the contract by bringing the kitchenware back to any Iittala Stores or Outlets. The shop staff will check the returned kitchenware and your identity (remember to have your photo ID handy) and terminate the contract at the end of the current month's invoicing period.

The kitchenware must be undamaged and clean when returned. Natural wear and tear resulting from normal usage is fine, but if the returned products have marks other than signs of daily use (for example deep scratches or dirt), or if pieces are missing, the redemption price will be charged.

The Tableware Service includes a breakage guarantee. If a piece of tableware covered by the Tableware Service is broken in use, it can be replaced with a new corresponding piece in our Iittala Stores and Outlets. Shop personnel will check the piece of tableware and the identity of the contract party (please have your identity card with you), and provide a same kind of a product as replacement.
